The Basic Tournament format offers a balanced reward system between placement and eliminations. Players can earn money by finishing high in the final ranking, while the Kill Pool also rewards aggressive and impactful gameplay. This format is ideal for players who want a fair mix between strategy, survival, and combat performance. It is the most accessible format for discovering Volt tournaments.
Combat-first format
The Kill-Focused Tournament puts more emphasis on eliminations and high-action gameplay. A larger part of the prize pool is distributed through the Kill Pool, meaning every kill can directly increase a player's reward. This format is designed for aggressive teams and confident players who want to be rewarded for taking fights. Placement still matters, but performance in combat becomes the key factor.

The Placement-Focused Tournament rewards consistency, survival, and strategic decision-making. A larger share of the prize pool is distributed through the final ranking, making every placement position important.
